2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by IONOS. When pages are requested, technical log data such as the requested file, date and time, browser, operating system, referrer and anonymised IP address may be processed for delivery, stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. WordPress and necessary storage
The theme does not set analytics or marketing cookies for ordinary visitors. It stores your privacy choice locally in your browser for up to 180 days so the dialog does not appear on every visit. You can change that choice through .
4. Consent management
No optional embeds, analytics or marketing services are currently enabled in the theme settings. The consent interface appears automatically if such a service is enabled.
5. Contact
When you contact us by email or through the form, we process your name, email address, subject and message to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the enquiry. The integrated form uses local time and honeypot protection, no external CAPTCHA, and sends submissions through WordPress mail without storing them as enquiries in the WordPress database.
6. External media and social links
Ordinary links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify or a store establish a connection only when clicked. Embedded Spotify or YouTube players remain blocked until consent. After activation, the provider may process IP, device, browser and account data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent for the future. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.
Retention and changes
Personal data is deleted when its purpose ends unless legal retention or evidence obligations apply. This policy will be updated when services, configuration or law changes.
