ARAEVO is an independent music project shaped between Germany and Greece. The name takes its meaning from the Pontic Greek verb αραεύω (araevo), meaning “to search” or “to seek.” It reflects the heart of the project: the search for a place, a memory, a feeling, a story or the sound that finally feels right.

The music brings organic Afro House grooves together with intimate songwriting and cinematic atmosphere — built for movement, but rooted in stories that remain.

ARAEVO ist ein unabhängiges Musikprojekt, geprägt zwischen Deutschland und Griechenland. Der Name ist dem pontisch-griechischen Verb αραεύω (araevo) entnommen und bedeutet „suchen“. Er beschreibt den Kern des Projekts: die Suche nach einem Ort, einer Erinnerung, einem Gefühl, einer Geschichte oder nach dem Klang, der sich endlich richtig anfühlt.

Die Musik verbindet organische Afro-House-Grooves mit intimem Songwriting und filmischer Atmosphäre — geschaffen für Bewegung, aber verwurzelt in Geschichten, die bleiben.
